Comparisons will also be given to help guide you as to the current value, along with the agent recommended prices.

Selling your home and moving to a new build can be made a whole lot easier when you use Let Us Assist.*
How does all this happen?

Your desired new home at your chosen Deanfield development will remain off the market whilst this process takes place, for up to six weeks. If at the end of that time, you have not found a buyer, we will review the position, and we may be able to extend the timeframe or move to a later property in our build programme.

Once the LET US ASSIST service has secured a buyer for you, then a full reservation is required with a further reservation payment of £500, taking it to the full payment of £1,000. Our Sales Executive will then take you through the reservation process.

Oh, and don't forget - if you LET US ASSIST - we pay your estate agent's fees and can offer £1,000 towards your legal expenses.
