Deanfield Homes is an experienced and trusted housebuilder
Operating across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire Deanfield Homes was founded in July 2016, when we acquired our very first development of 26 homes in the picturesque village of Ducklington near Witney in Oxfordshire.
Since those early days, we have firmly established a strong reputation for the design and specification of our homes, our choice of site locations and the positive impact our developments have had on shaping local communities. In recognition of these achievements, we have received multiple awards from publications such as the Evening Standard and Housebuilder Magazine.
We are passionate about build quality and customer service.
We are delighted to have been awarded a 5 star status from positive customer satisfaction surveys, which are independently collected and verified by the Home Builders Federation.
In addition to the benefits of owning a new home, we are able to offer our customers a range of schemes to make their experience of moving home as straightforward and hassle free as possible, including Let Us Assist and Home Exchange where available.
Whilst we are proud look back on our past developments and see them flourishing in maturity and our architectural designs blending harmoniously with the local vernacular, we continue to evolve and improve the design of our homes and developments in terms of energy efficiency, sustainability and ecological impact.
