Let Us Assist is available on selected plots only, subject to contract and eligibility criteria. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to agree to Let Us Assist. Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer. Should we secure a buyer for your current home on your behalf and you do not proceed to purchase a new home from us, you may be liable to pay all Estate Agent fees related to your current home.

Home Exchange

Home Exchange is available on selected plots only, subject to contract and eligibility criteria. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject applications for Home Exchange which do not meet the company’s criteria about age of property, price, tenure and or location. Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Stamp Duty Paid

*Stamp Duty paid based on full asking price and on single purchase only, first-time buyer or moving home. Available on selected plots only and not available in conjunction with any other offer or incentive.
